- O Level Results: Submit your O Level results (SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB/Others) along with the SCRATCH CARD for verification.
- Passport Size Photo: Upload one (1) recent passport-size photograph.
- Transcript: For transfer students, include your academic transcript from your previous institution.
